Your experience matters. Make it clear.
It isn't always easy to put everyday experiences into words. You know what everyday life looks like. The difficult part can be explaining it to someone who doesn't.
Important details can be difficult to identify, describe or connect to the bigger picture when you're trying to explain things that have simply become part of everyday life.
Through structured consultation and careful review of existing evidence, I help identify and clearly document the real-world impact of disability, the support required and the experiences that matter.
The result is a personalised statement that is clear, organised and grounded in your actual experience.
Whether you're writing about your own experience, supporting a family member, or documenting what you see in your professional support role, I can help make sure the important details aren't lost in the paperwork.
Statements I can help with
Participant Impact Statements
Clearly communicate your own experience of disability, including the impact on everyday activities, independence, communication, relationships, community participation, education or employment, and the support you need.
Carer & Family Statements
Document the support you provide to a family member or person you care for, including day-to-day assistance, supervision, prompting, coordination and the impact of providing ongoing informal support.
Support Worker Statements
Turn your day-to-day observations into clear, structured evidence about the assistance a participant requires, their level of independence, barriers they experience and the support you provide.
Reassessment & Change Statements
Clearly explain what has changed, how those changes affect everyday functioning and support needs, and bring together the relevant information and existing evidence.
Not sure which statement you need?
That's okay. Tell me a little about your circumstances when you enquire and I can help identify the most appropriate option.
More than a diagnosis.
A diagnosis tells us very little about what an individual person's day actually looks like. A strong impact statement focuses on the functional impact of disability and what happens in real life.
Depending on your circumstances, we may explore areas such as:
Daily activities · Communication · Personal care · Independence · Relationships · Community participation · Education · Employment · Decision-making · Safety
The focus is on the areas that are relevant to you, supported by specific, real-world examples rather than generic descriptions.

Have a larger amount of supporting evidence?
This option includes the same personalised consultation and statement preparation as the Comprehensive service, with additional time for reviewing and synthesising 6–10 supporting documents.
